 Be sure to complete all required information on the form. There are three (3) steps to a successful registration: 

1.  Complete a REGISTRATION FORM, either online or download the PDF and mail to us.

2.  Complete the MEDICAL CONSENT FORM online or download the PDF. 

3.  PAYMENT: online with a credit card, or mail a check with your downloaded form. 

Upon receipt of your registration form, we will send you a confirmation and information letter with notification of any program changes. There is no deadline for registration: applications will be accepted until the camp is full. However, to encourage early registration which helps us properly staff each camp, late fees will apply after the deadline.
