Be sure to complete all required information on the form. There are three (3) steps to a successful registration:
1. Complete a REGISTRATION FORM, either online or print the form and mail it to us at

2. Complete the MEDICAL CONSENT FORM
3. PAYMENT: online with a credit card, or mail a check with your downloaded form.
Upon successful completion of both steps of the registration process, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. If you do not receive the automatic email confirmation, your registration was not received. Return to the Application and resubmit. Be sure to fill in all blanks!
In late spring, an information letter containing camp details will be emailed to you. There is no deadline for registration: applications will be accepted until the camp is full. However, to encourage early registration which helps us properly staff each camp, late fees will apply after the deadline.
